Washington native Kevin Swett began his photographic career as a staff photographer
for his high school paper. Some thirty years later Kevin has photographed in
Europe, Asia and the United States. Kevin’s subject matter varies from
animals to landscapes, from sporting events to glamour.
With a passion for photography, Kevin developed the unique ability to visualize
creations and achieves incredible results. Capturing thousands of images per
year and spending hours in his digital dark room the finished products become
true works of art.
The collection has something for everyone. Racecars from the CART circuit,
motorcycles from the track, still images and landscapes. You will see sunsets
from Hood Canal as well as various images from inside the Theler Wetlands.
A large section of glamour images taken from the recent Seattle Fashion Week
and sporting events round out the portfolio.
2001 Kevin created a loan collection that is available for non-commercial
venues around the country. Collections are available which include photographs,
sketches and charcoal works. These collections are loaned free of charge.
All of Kevin’s works are for sale and are priced accordingly by size.
All prints are either mounted or framed. Revenue received is donated to the
Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle and local Mason County Charities.
Kevin is a member of the Professional Photographers of America, Professional
Photographers of Washington and is the 2003 recipient of the Alma Gray award
presented by the Professional Photographers of America.
